PH history and your total gains...

After seeing people get asked their PH history, I figured this might be a good thread.

The question is about how many cycles have you done, and of what ?
And most importantly....how many TOTAL lean pounds have you gained ?

about 25 lean pounds id say thats a low estimate.
 
I've done 5.

#1. 1-AD 300 mg. for 4 weeks Used for cutting. Did no PCT (I was dumb and stupid)
#2. 1-AD 600 mg. for 4 weeks, used for cutting. Got much harder and gained some strength on my bench. (PCT was Tribex, ZMA, Flax-this was before 6-OXO and Research Chems.) I STOPPED USING PH'S FOR ABOUT 4-5 MONTHS AFTER THIS CYCLE.
#3. 200 mg. 1-Test, 200 mg. 4-AD, 200 mg. 3-beta transdermal for 6 weeks. Gained 11 pounds of solid muscle (PCT w/Nolva finally. Also used Liquidex during cycle)
#4. 300 mg. 1-Test, 300 mg. 4-AD, 200 mg. 3-alpha transdermal for 6 weeks. This was a cutter, noticed more hair loss than I wanted though. Also used ECA when I felt run down. (PCT w/Nolva, used Letro during cycle)
#5 Coming this Summer, another cutter 'cause I'm still carrying more fat than I want.

As you can see, I may not be the best case study for using PH's while bulking since I wanna get shredded first.
 
All of my cycles were mainly for body comp. changes and cuts just like IW, but thye were great nonetheless. All in all, I probably gained around 20lbs. or so with about 5 or so cycles. Also, the PH/PS's that I used were 1-AD, 1T, 1,4 ad, 4-AD, M1T, and M1,4ADD.

I've only had results from the 1T products, and the m1,4. All the others didn't do jack for me. Oh, and I used finigenx for like 3 weeks too, that was okay, definately not worth the price though. Most I got from it were some small strength gains w/ 500 cals above maintenance.

Onre more thing, I ran the 1T's, M1,4 , and the finigenx each by themselves. The time that I used the 1,4ad, and the 4-AD I stacked only those two together w/o much luck.

Excellent guys. This should answer many questions about what PH's can do for you in the long run.

So far I've done two cycles:

1. M1T -- Underground Labs brand; 2 weeks, 5mg. with maybe four days in the middle @ 10mg. until sides became too much...for me they were lethargy and bad back cramps. I may have lost a little hair, too...but I'm not sure. I gained about 6 pounds LBM (dropped about 1.5% bf). I used Nolva, Trib, and ZMA PCT, and kept it all. (Got to just over 200lbs)

2. MDien -- Higher Power brand; 33 days @ 8mg. each day. This was a cutting cycle. I dropped 3.5% bodyfat and about 5 pounds, while maintaining virtually all my strength. No side effects, and visibly harder, leaner, and more vascular.

I am winding down a short M4OHN + M5AA cycle right now, and following PCT I will be doing a "M1T Shootout," comparing a 2 week cycle of new M1T to a 2 week cycle of an early batch, with 2 weeks pct in the middle, and 4 weeks at the end.

After this I'm giving the liver a break, and will only do transdermals for a couple cycles.
 
I have done many ph cycles they are as follows(this is over a time period of five years)
1ad,19 nor diol stack gained 10 lbs
andro poppers(pinnicle) gained 4 pounds
1tu, trenabol x, gained three pounds
m1t two weeks gained 9 pounds
finishing last cycle, with methyls, then no more methyls for at least a year as follows
m4ohn three weeks 16 mgs
m1t two weeks 10 mgs
m5aa two weeks 20-30 mgs
in the m1t phase now up 4 pounds very lean so far, hoping to get up to ten and get hard with the m5aa and reduce estrogen via dht conversion, then pct nolva/clomid
 
I'm on my third cycle right now.
First cycle was 300mg 1ad and 900 mg 4ad for 30 days.I went from 220 to 232,and then caught the flue during pct.I could not eat for almost a week and wet all the way down to 214,that really pissed me off.
My second cycle was 300mg 1-test and 300mg 4ad transdermal and 20 mg m5aa for 3.5 weeks.I was going to run it for 6,but due to extreme circumstances I had to stop.I went from 220-230 and didn't lose a pound post cycle.
This cycle I'm taking 300mg 1-test,600mg 4ad transdermal and 120 mg m1,4ad.So far I've gone from 231 to 244 and still got a week left.
 
Wow.....I forgot I even started this thread, lol. It's really cool to see how everyone has progressed over time. Thanks for bumpin this back up. :)

As for me...I'm 175 @ about 9% or so. If I don't get to about 7-8% in 4-6 weeks, I'll go ahead and start bulking then. During that bulk, I'll do my first ph cycle. I'll start out with t1-pro for 4 weeks on/4 off/ 4 on, and see how that goes. For later, I have 5 bottles of S1+, and 4 bottles of m4ohn to throw in somewhere.
After taking inventory, I may have to buy more stuff for "post ban" growth.
 
My best was still last summers first two cycle of the old T-1 Pro. Not much by the majority of you in this forum, but I gained about 7-8 solid pounds that stayed with me with no calorie increase as I always eat very light in the summer.

I tried MT1 in the fall and was a disaster ... horrible stuff.

I then tried the M1, 4add and went to 194 , but it was all water and after I was off , I went right back down to 187-88 ... immediately.

So for me so far the T-1 pro has been a winner with the other stuff a waste of money as far as permanent gains are concerned. It's nice to see those numbers on the scale go up like but sucks seeing them disappear like you suddenly were stricken with cancer.

I did a 4 week cycle of BDC T1/oral Formastane last April, PCT with 6-OXO, Nolva, Syntrax FUZU. Went from 205 - 225. Kept everything and continued to make strength gains for several months after the cycle's end. Started a new job working 60 hrs/week and then injured my chest and rotator cuffs, and gains ground to a halt and I dropped 4lbs. Took about 6 months of rest/light training and Im finally healed up and starting back strong - after all that still solid at 6',220, 12% BF.

The mass and strength gains were awesome, but I had everything down to the letter, tracked every calorie, 8-10hrs sleep every night without fail...

Time to kick it in gear again, though - debating on whether to go with 12 weeks of test cyp or another T1 cycle. I think I might bulk to my goal of 240-245 with another PH cycle, maintain for a few months, and then cut down. (Finally!!)

4 weeks of M1T @ 20 mgs a day. I gained around 10 lbs.
Right now I am on 4 weeks of M1T 20 - 30 mgs a day, 600 mg a day of 4-ad and 700 mg of Test Enanthate a week. I have only used the illegal stuff besides those and I got some Test Cyp. from Designer. The gains on the ph's are decent I liked the strength gains on the M1T.
 
I'm still partial to M1T with 4AD trans. I'm on the second week of this again and I don't think it gets much better. I've gained 14lbs so far in 9 days, feeling great, minus the back pumps. :rasp: Taking 10mgs of M1T, with 2 pumps of T4 each day at 12 hour intervals.
 
2 cycles:
#1 Super 1+ (200mg 1test/367ish mg 4ad) for 4 wks - gained 12 lbs (held all)

#2 Gaspari Nutrition m1t (10mg/day for 14 days) - gained 8 lbs

Gonna run one in a few weeks - leaning towards 300mg 1test/300mg 4ad/450mg 1,4 andro for 6 weeks
 
2 cycles:

m1t 2 weeks 5mg for first week, 10mg second, gained 12 pounds, after pct kept 8.
m40hn 4 weeks started on 4mg quickly ramped to 16mg ed, maybe 1 or 2lb gain but good changes in body comp, running pct now.
 
i did a tderm, 1ad,4ad for four weeks.
nolva for 4 weeks pct.

208-233lbs, not all was lean, but i held 10-12 lean, no joke.
i didnt know how to say no to the dollar menu, hehe

i am on that UGL M1T right now, crushing it, does any body else crush the stuff?

i am eating clean as hell, weeeeelll see how it goes
 
I have done a cuple 1ad cycles in the past and take gained about 10 lean pounds net. But my diet was terrible and I was mostly cutting so you should gain alot more if you up the calories. Im on m1t right now for a 2 on 2 off 2 on 2 off cycle. Sides are alittle severe though so I may have to be ending me gains early... (gained about 11 pounds on m1t)
 
best cycle for me ever was super one + i used it for 8 weeks and gained 24lbs.... oh those were the good ol days.

ive done some other cycles but nothing has compared to that one.....
 
I find it amazing that people are making gains with anything under 20 mgs a day of M1T. And supersolider yes it is 1-Test cyp from Sledge I have yet to use it. I may just take it alone at 800- 1000 mgs / week, or stack it with Test Ent. Don't know yet. Hopefully "the ban" will not go through or it will be months before it does.

Why would you go 2on, 2off,2on, 2off????????? It's not like the two weeks off are gonna get your natty production going. You would be a lot better off just doing 4 straight if you can handle the sides.
 
Just ending a 4 week cycle of M1T I gained 10pounds of lean mass I will use this again in about 4 weeks.

I would wait a little longer than 4 weeks to run another m1t cycle.Read supersoldiers log "This Is Your Liver"M1T f@$ks your cholesterol up.By the time you finish pct your HDL will just be getting back to normal,and then if you go directly into another cycle you will mess it up again before it has really had a chance to normalize.Im no doctor but I don't believe 16 weeks with a really low HDL is healthy.
 
juiceman is that an actual picture of you? your back is huge. anyway thats what people recommended on some boards and I took their advice. It wasnt this board though
