PCT timing for Test E and EQ

So I've been trying to find out how much longer to run test E than EQ in order to be able to time PCT perfectly. I've read 1 week, 2 weeks, and even 3 weeks. What is the general concensus on this? There seems to be a lot of bad information out there, and I'm finding variable clearing times
