I have been taking this for around two months. I added it to my usual vitamin stack. I have noticed better energy, less joint pain on some days, and clearer skin. In the past month I have reduced my dose to one tab a day as an afternoon boost. I will be reordering soon and will be taking the full dose daily. I really like this product because it addresses A LOT of areas your typical multi does not. Including the breath and digestion complex amougst others.
