To run by itself as a cycle, it would be a waste. It’s not that anabolic orally. It is pretty androgenic though so complement a cycle of something else, it’s a great pre-workout drug. One of my favorites.
I take 80mg pre-workout once a week or every other week. If it’s your first time using it, 40-60 would be plenty. I’ve noticed a tolerance builds with it though. It gives you a solid strength boost and great motivation - that kind of alpha invincible feeling.
