Odd question...

Anyone have any tips on growing your hair? I am at the muppet stage with my hair and I need it to grow so it will get down to my cheek bones at least. Right now, it's by my noise...I would like about 4-5" more.

Anyone know any supplements to help this along. shampoos, anything?

biotin is supposed to help with hair growth.

High protein intake will make your hair grow faster. Anabolics will too.
