Need some advice on a suppressant for late afternoon that will not keep me up at night. I struggle with wanting a snack at night and it's killing my diet. Thanks

Have you considered using diet strategies to curb your appetite rather than a supplement Not being a smart ass at all. Even that sounds slightly facetious lol. I'm being serious

Second this.

What's an example of your diet? What your last meal and how long after do end up wanting a snack?

Berberine - In higher doses
Fiber - Xanthan Gum or Glucomannan work well

Speak more if you would on the diet strategies please. My schedule is I get off work at 3:30, working out by 4:30, cardio then dinner around 6:30-7 but I stay up till 11ish and that's when I get the munchies.

Pretty common to get hungry 4 hours after youve ate. I'd just have something healthy prep'd and eat it around 9:30-10. Eat a protein shake with some whole oats thrown in to make it easy.

Sorry just now seeing this. Utilize the macronutrient that provides you with the most satiety. Be it protein or fat. Usually getting full on protein will help curb the appetite to a pretty appreciable amount. Also, you can extend dinner out by adding a shake or snack post cardio and having dinner an hour and a half to two hours later. A dinner high in fiber and protein like someone else suggested would be an effective way to also help control your munchies. You could also refrain from the ganja ;) or save a couple hundred calories for a late night snack before bed.

Play around with it, any other questions let us know :)

just make a protein shake before bed if your worried about it.

I've made protein brownies and protein ice cream right before bed.

Ice
IFN Whey Protean
Almond Butter
Heavy Whipping Cream

Blend, freeze if need to, and eat.
