Nolvadex everyday for life?!

Hey guys, around 2 years ago I did a cycle of epidrol. (epistane/havoc)
My nipples have been sore and puffy ever since. I guess you could call it very small gyno, its just barely noticible "pretty much a slightly lopsided pec"

I tried Nolva 3 mons ago 40/30/20/10 and it relieved the tender/soreness but nothing for the size..

I work out now consistantly 6 days a week clean just protein.
But it seems that ever since I started working out more my nipples get more and more painful and im worried about more/bigger gyno.

Any suggestions? Should I just do 10mg nolva a day for life?
 
is there an actual lump? i used letro to rid my gyno lump, i currently still have slightly puffy nips, but the lump and tenderness is gone. im hoping with more fat loss it will subside.
 
No real noticible lump at all, mainly just a small pea size ball directly beneath the nipple. But if I press into the nipple it hurts like a Mofo
