Nolva dose

Just got nolva today and was wondering whats the best way/time to use it

all in one time or didvided dose? with or without food

one time.. I do in the morning.. with or without food is your call.. personally I don't do the food but I take all my meds on empty stomach
 
Tamoxifen has a long half life so I don't think it matters when you take it during the day.

Did you get the tablets or liquid?

I got the liquid from custom..

1 more thing,, how long should I run it?

I just finished a 12 day M1T cycle 4 days ago,, and been taking 60x0 since
now Im gonna drop that and start using nolva.. Should I do it for 2 or 4 weeks?
