NO Explode question

So ive been taking this for a couple weeks and i really like it, and i know it has creatine in it but how much? Should i get more creatine or is there enough in there already?
 
You wont really notice anything from adding more creatine. You could take some creatine mono after your workouts with your post shake/meal to help with volumization and bringing nutrients into the muscles.
 
well im taking the whole stack so NO Xplode, Cell-mass and Nitrix. The Cell-mass has creatine in it as well to be taken after a work-out, so i'm pretty sure then that you can add more creatine in to what you're taking. The No Xplode is only for taking before workouts as well so its probably best to take some other creatine just to keep the levels up in your body imo.
