Hi all,
Think this is the best place to ask!
I work shifts, and (on a good day!) sleep between 10.00am to 14:00 and 20:00 to 22:30
A free testosterone test should be taken in the morning, will my sleep pattern, and thus maybe Hormone production pattern? Affect this?
Ive been sleeping like this for years, so if Hormone production does change due to sleep pattern, I would assume mine has.
