night time fat loss product

Hello,

now that I'm accentuating my fat loss with a higher calorie deficit, I am looking at some night time help.
My main concern here more than night fat burning, is hunger curbing.
I just can't sleep when I'm hungry, and today again woke up hours before I needed to because I was too hungry...

I used to take Reduction PM and loved it, it was weak enough that I would not feel groggy in the morning, but strong enough that I could sleep well and without too much hunger. I have no clue though if it was of any use fat burning wise, but for its price that was okay.

I've tried Lipo PM, but mucuna is more of a stimulant to me, so my sleep was not so good... It's actually more something I enjoy taking in the day or before partying :)

As for non-fat related sleep products, I've tried a few times Abyss and Sleephoria, but these are too strong for my taste as I still feel them when I wake up, and to me it wasn't worth it.

Other supplements I take pre-bed are Zinc and Magnesium.

Thanks!

Eat more veggies
Drink more water
or try a very high appetite supressant like Norco
I would toss in F95 (50-100mg) a day to help as well.

I'm already on f95 at 100mg a day :)

Veggies is a good point, I didn't eat much of that yesterday.
More water before bed could also be an issue though.

If by Norco you meant Norcodrene, looking at the profile it does not seem like something I'd enjoy taking pre-bed...

Thank you!

lots of veggies in evening. nd maybe a hgh boosting product.
also ZMA is a good sup for pre-bed.

Yea you could try a zma supp and norcodrene by PES. That would be a good fat loss stack before bed.

ZMA should be equivalent to my Magnesium and Zinc no?
well apart from the b6, does it matter that much?

As for HGH, I'm open to that, but lipo-pm wasn't that good for me, and when I was on medical ghb, my sleep didn't feel that good either (not sure if that'd be the same with some other supps).

Thanks!

same as previous zinc-mag vs zma question :)

hmmm I have issues looking at Yohimbe pre-bed, or is this extract not stimulant? if it's not then maybe that's the right choice.
Thanks!

Definitely don't take Norcodrene near bed. I think they are saying the appetite suppression from it's earlier day dosing may last til later and help. :)

Oh I see!
I am already on alphamine (and burn24) so if that's the case I am not sure.
I am ok during the day but at night is more difficult :)

Thanks!

Avoid the Norco near bed, bump up vege intake or eat some of your food later in the evening as opposed to earlier on. Eating after a set time wont make you fat :D

Oh I know that timewise :)
Depending on how the day went dinner could be the biggest meal, or the smallest if I'm already almost done with my macros :)

From most of the answers it seems veggie is the solution rather than looking for a supplement so maybe I'll just go back to QFC and shop for more of these.
I eat a lot of celery but that does not fill me much, and rarely eat cooked veggies, maybe I should?

Exactly what i meant.
dose upon waking with F95 and 6-8 hours later with F95
Increase veggie and water intake.

I see.
I don't know this product more than just reading about it today.
How would it help/complement alphamine? (no deep biology answer I would not understand it, but a basic idea would be great).

I've had no veggie yet, but I'm saving them for dinner tonight, so that should be good :)
Thank you!

you would use norco or alphamine not both since both are stimmed Norco has a better appetite suppressant HENCE what you wanted and why i stated it
This is coming from an alphamine whore he loves the stuff.

But not as much as bdcc

I agree with The Solution here. Increase water intake right before bed.
Really?
Usually I drink maybe a big glass of water (16floz) but that's about it.
I'm afraid of drinking too much and needing to get up to pee... :)

I drink 20-30 before bed. But I rarely have to pee in the night. Just fills up the stomach

I thought I'd give a little update.
So far the best has really been doing IF and keeping my carbs for as late as possible...
I know people usually say fat and protein are better for satiety but I feel less hungry with a good carbs meal....

Since I workout earlier these days, I rely on more water and veggies at night though :)

Iron Champ USA gas TNT Am/Pm. There are some logs and reviews on it if you want to check it out. It's 50% off right now as well. PM me for the code if you are interested

Thank you for your reply, I've just taken a quick look and don't know most of the PM ingredients, but isn't choline at night bad for memory? or maybe it depends on the type of choline.

I can't remember. No, just kidding. I haven't heard of anyone having any memory issues with it. But, they may have forgotten to mention it :)

Ha!

Yup that's how I do it too
Last meal
Heavy carbs to fuel AM training works like a charm

Lipo pm did the same thing to me for the first week

Anyway have you tried thier fat free pm, that worked much better for me

So does it work better after the first week for you? (I still have some left, but maybe not enough for a few weeks would have to see).

I have not tried the fat free pm, I will read about it.
Thanks!
