I’m 47 and need to lose 15-20lbs that I gained after my competition about a year ago. I was working nights for about 8 months and before you know it, boom weight was put on. I went back to days and been busting my ass and still can’t lose anything. My diet is ok but not horrible. I am about to go back to nights and wanted to know if anyone can give me advice who works nights and competes. My hours are 12 hour shifts and want to compete again but afraid not not being able to lose the weight. Any advice?
