Currently trying Joyful Joints (3 wks in & it seems to help a little)

Looking for next level support.

Tried Ostarine back in the day & was impressed by the way my joints felt. Although that wasn’t my primary reason to take it.

Would reducing cortisol with something like Reduce XT or Invictus be as beneficial to joints as Ostarine was ?

What else can I add to Joyful Joints?

Adding SNS Cissus XT should help a lot. It consistently works for me.

Thx guys, forgot about Cissus. Used it years ago for some elbow tendinitis.

google b-AET and joints...b-AET is active ingredient in invictus. it's also good for immune system.

Curcumin and Cissus XT. Curcumin also helps to reduce inflammation around the joints and helps prevent joint degradation. Definitely something to consider.

A compound that is definitely overlooked for such at times is Laxogenin. Good natural recovery agent and healer overall IMO. Not so much a muscle builder as much as it's marketed as but the recovery benefit goes hand in hand there.

When it’s back in stock Morphogen Orthogen. That and SNS Joint Support are probably my preferred for more targeted approach.

Single ingredient products I’ve had success with are Curcumin, Cissus, and UC-II.

Animal Flex has always been my go to for joint support. An all inclusive Joint Construction complex, Joint Lubrication complex and Joint Support complex .
