New member, help needed please

Hi all

I’m wondering if anyone could help me, I’m wanting to do my first PH or SARM cycle, the issue I have is that I’m currently taking finasteride and rogaine for MPB and it’s growing my hair back nicely, so is there anything I can take a cycle of which won’t send my DHT levels soaring, and I won’t lose any hair from? Or obviously won’t react with the fin, there is so many different things around I gathered the best thing to do was to ask for advice,

What’s your age and training experience OP?

You’ll be wanting to avoid anything that converts to DHT so I’d be looking at 1-andro and 19-nor andro for a first cycle.

Have you already thought about pct? That should be the first thing in place......

Considering you’re already fighting MPB, I would go with SARMs and stay away from any PH. Yes there are those that are easy on your hairline but I’m not really convinced in all the new PH formulas that have come out since the ban.

I’m 35, been training on and off for about 10 years, but got back into it seriously last year about February, someone in the gym tonight has got me some 19-nor DHEA derived capsules ( sparta Nutrition Hercules) how long would you cycle for and what would be the best PCT after? New to all this so sorry for all the questions

I will have to do a bit more research on sarms and see what’s best for my aims, I was gonna just do a cycle of Winnie but heard it’s very harsh on the hair.
