Hey guys new to this site. Been apart of other communities for years and just broadening my source of education and information in the world of everything gym related.
My name is Phil out of WI. I'm 44. I'm 5'11 265. Began hitting weight at 15. Through the years I've had my seasons in and out of the gym and getting back in recently hard core and cruising currently about to begin a recomp cycle shortly. Prob low 30's (31-32) BMI good muscle yet under a fat suit I'm looking to shed while maintaining and gaining as much muscle as I can. All my bio markers recently tested and have a good health environment for a cycle. Haven't read the rules yet so I'll regress here before sharing further but looking forward to absorbing and helping anyone out. Have many years of study and research. Many years lifting.
