Need some help with my Diet

I need some help with my diet plan for some weight loss. Currently I am 6'3 and weight 225. Here is what I have started eating daily to lose weight

1st meal
5 egg white one whole egg
package of low sugar oatmeal

2nd meal
6ounce chicken breast and 4 ounce sweet potato

3rd meal
6 ounce ground turkey
3-5 ounce of broccoli or asparagus

4th meal is
6 ounce talapia
3-5 ounce broccili

I drink about a half gallon of water
usually when I work out I will eat a poptart before i go lift.
Should i throw a protein shake in there? any suggestions will help
 
I would ditch the poptart and get a good carb shake instead.
