need help!! high systolic pressure on-cycle

i am into my 4th week of a prop/1-test cyp/m-dien cycle and i'm using 2 otc diuretic/bp-reducer herbs-dandelion leaf and celery seed extract. on 2 different occasions this week at dr's office my bp was 155/77 and 157/73. should i be concerned w/ top # or is bottom # more imp? i know that w/o these herbs my bottom # would be 95-100. i am a little confused by the large gap b/t #'s and need imput
 
How much water are you drinking? I had a similar problem on a test/dbol cycle i was doing. Turned out I just wasn't drinking enough.....bump up your water intake to atleast a gallon a day and you should be ok.
 
dude use hawthorn berry at 2g ED that should definately help out! also its best to watch cholesterol on cycle by using niacin and garlic as well

Diastolic(bottom #) is the more important of the two. You should get a home bp testing machine and take measurements throughout the day. "White coat syndrome" can also play a part in your elevated systolic reading.
 
A beta blocker will solve your problems completely. I have the same problem on cycle, no matter how much I try to dry out when "on", my BP stays high unless I take attenolol, which I am perscribed.

Yep, I take the same one, atenolol, works like a charm.....never had problems with it.
been taking it off and on for about 6 years now.........
