Need Help Gyno problem

My nipples are puffy but there is no hard lump behind either of them. I have had this for about 2 years. I am around 20% body fat and i didnt know if it could just be that. Also if it is gyno would that mean it would be prolactin gyno. If so would B6 help or anything else? I ran superdrol back a little under 2 years ago and i did have lactation about 2 months after my cycle and pct but it stopped.

Probally not gyno you may just be carrying some chest fat if your concerned see a medical opinion good luck:cheers:
