Need Help ASAP From Anyone With Knowledge On....

Ok so i'm on my last week of cutting am 8 days from my photo shoot. I really really need help to what to do on the last 7 days. Today is my refeeding day and I will be refeeding today, but don't know what to do with:
Whater Intake (how to vary it each day)
Carbs (which to take and how much on what days)
Weightlifting (when to go and not to go)
Carb loading?

Need help, any supps?

look at muscle and fitness mag website and look for picture perfect.... is a week long prep for a photo shoot.. step by step

in the final days, low water intake but do consume water, carbs minimally, you coudlve gotten a cutter and shouldve gotta a water retention pill to make you look even thinner, with less water weight, i would workout day before and day of photo shoot hoping it helps make you look jacked up, maybe tan if your pale white and all man haha idk
