This is going to be a 50 day cycle:
Days 1-10 25mg Prostanozol, 25 mg Max LMG.
Days 11-50 50mg Prostanozol, 50mg Max LMG
Days 1-20 20 mg of Ergomax
Days 20-50 70mg 1-Test transdermal. This is the absorbed dosage.
Days 35-50 20mg of SD.
This will be a clean bulk/recomp based on the book "Nutrient Timing" by Ivy. It's basically low carbs except right around the weight lifting workout.
I'll be doing a 5x5 routine M,W,F and cardio 3x/week 45-60 min/day.
My stats: 35yrs old, 6'2", 230lbs, been lifting on and off since I've been 16.
This will be my 3rd cycle. #1 was 1T/4-AD transdermal, 300mg/week each (absorbed) #2 SD for 3 weeks 20mg/day
I made good progress on both cycles, ie., between January and today I went from 217lbs @ 19%bf to 230 @ 12%bf.
