my hair and a new cycle

Hello,

I have been planning to cycle through sarms for a while, but my hair, which is at the base of normal thickness, has become miniaturized.

I had a vitamin D deficiency that I resolved, and a big stressful episode last year that has passed.

My hair is not falling out and my front hairline has never moved (temples are still the same) My hair is not yet restored.

But I don't think my hair is going to recover, I've been waiting for more than 14 months now.

I think I have telogen effluvium or diffuse alopecia.

In my sarm cycle I would like to use YK, LGD and RAD 140.

I have Ru5881. But I have heard of Toco9 (formerly toco8) and N2shampoo.

has anyone been in the same situation as me?

can i cycle sarms with protections despite my hair?

Will using toco 9 and N2shampoo be sufficient during the cycle?

a treatment without that I can put it every day in lotion (every 3 days) and just capsules (toco9) every day to protect my hair and make it grow stronger and thicker.
would that be okay?

thanks.

P.S: I know it's risky that's why I come to seek advice

LGD and Ostarine are normally good for people prone to MPB from my experience atleast. I have heard RAD can be quite bad, not sure about YK but I would assume similar to RAD.

Get yourself a dermaroller, 1.5mm and roll once a week (look this up). Massage daily, use a ketoconazole shampoo (2% leave in 4-5 mins) 3 times a week with a nice strengthening conditioner. If you have a bit of money, get a red light therapy device-620nm (nanometer) to 660nm wavelengths. I have one and when I use it consistently I notice my hair and skin are a lot better... but you have to be consistent.

If you are not overly sensitive you will be fine, if you are... not much will stop the hair loss.

If you are super worried and it is not stopping or getting intense, try minoxidil. I like Minoxidil Max as they have a few different versions you can use with various other supporting ingredients. One of them you only need to use once a day and has amazing results... but you will have to keep using it once you start.

@Del8io i just went to the iconic formulations website and read the reviews for Toco-9....considering only verified buyers can post reviews there, the reviews look promising for you!!!

hurry, i think 1 day left for code HALLOLEAN to get 30% off.

Good advice here. And yes rad made me shed a lot!
