My first PH report

I started with 400mgs/day of 4AD trans for 1 week and I've been on 20mgs Omega M1T for 4 days now. I started at 182lbs and now I'm 191! I don't look like I'm holding that much water yet, but DANG 9lbs and only my 4th day of M1T.

I can't wait to see my results at the end of the cycle. So far I have zero side effects and my strength has gone up a little. I notice pretty good pumps and I've gotten a couple more pimples on my forehead than normal, but that's it.

Ok, now I'm 4 days into my 2nd round of M1T on week 6 of my 4AD/M1t cycle. I started at 182lbs and I'm now 194lb. So most of my weight gain came in the first 3 weeks. I have to say that my appetite really struggled for awhile and I was out of town for some of this and my protein totals were too low for quite a few of days. I've definitely gained some fat, but I'd say a good 2/3 of the weight is muscle.
Side effects are still very low and the worst one is no appetite. So far I give the M1T/4AD combo a 6 out of 10 rating. Let's see how the PCT goes, then I'll really know how much I like or hate it.
