my cicle

Hi,

I'm on this cycle right now ,started 4 weeks aGO (Attached).

This is my secons cycle,I did one last year.It's about 8-10 months difference between them.

My stats:

height-178 cm
weight- 191 pounds
bf-13%
training exp-7 years

Here's my diet:

1st meal

250 grs oatmeal
1 banana
8 egg whites

2nd meal

2 skimmed yoghurts
1 tablespoon of peanut butter
1 banana

3rd meal

250 grs of fish/turkey/chicken
1 big salad
2 slices of wholewheat bread.
1 tablespoon of diet mayonaise.

4rth meal (before training)

6 wholewheat biscuits
1 apple
1tablespoon of whey prot mixed with water.

5th meal (post training)

half a cup of cereals mixed with one scoop of whey prot and a glass of skimmed milk.

or

1 scoop of whey prot ,a slice of bread and two tablespoons of strawberry jam.

6th meal

250 grs of fish/turkey/chicken
1 big salad
half a cup of rice
pineapple

7th meal (before going to bed)

1 scoop of protein with 1 and a half glass of skimmed milk.


Well, so far in my cycle,I've only gained 4.5 pounds,but i'm noticing fluid retention,but only in my waist,rest of the body seems to be ok.

Am i doing anything wrong?
Do i need to change anything?

By the way my training routine goes like this.

Monday
Shoulders
Tuesday
Biceps/triceps
Wed
Legs
Thursday
Back
Friday
chest
Saturday
abs/running

You can through in an AI to reduce bloat. Does this help, is this what you're asking? Nevermind, I see now that your gains (or lack of are your concern) Bold takes a while to kick in, and the test is dosed kinda low,~350 a week taking into account eod dosing. Should have used Test E @ 500 mg/week, and something besides eq.

Well I'm already using AI,NOLVADEX,and actually it seems to helping a bit with the fluid retention.

I hope bold starts kicking hard this week,and I'll hav eto keep test the way it is to have a steady cycle.

Let's see what happens in the next weeks.
