Madness - took this about a half hour pre workout, the flavor is pretty good, it's fruit punch but I wouldn't call it your typical fruit punch, it was a little less sweet and had a little bit of what I would call a pixie stick kind of flavor with fruit punch being in the background. I actually prefer this flavor over the regular dime a dozen fruit punch. I watered it down a little and it still maintained a decent amount of the flavor

Now I'm really stim sensitive to a few things but not caffeine. So this being mostly caffeine based for the energy it was nice and smooth for me. My workout was not balls to the wall, But it was still over 2 hours long and I would say I maintain steady energy start to finish. Normally I get a little nauseous towards the end of these workouts because I'm starting to get hungry but not today. I'm not sure if there's any connection but if so maybe some appitate suppression should be mentioned. I could see myself using this fairly often. It's a good amount of energy without being all stemmed out and ruining my workout.
Geaar- I used this to load up on some aminos intra work out, I guess this could also possibly be why I didn't get that hungry nauseous at the end of the workout. My current intra for the past month I just spent a hydration mix with a little bit of carbohydrates and creatine. The flavor was a mild (not overly sour like the typical) Blue Raspberry, sipping this over the course of the workout was no problem, if your looking for overly sweet or sour you won't find it but there both very pleasant tasting products.
5 sets of bench working up to 275 with a dusty old shoulder felt easy today
5 sets of deadlifts up to 405 was smooth sailing
Various high rep stuff for shoulders and some biceps.
Being that Im pretty much always working out in the boxing gym it doesn't look odd to shadow box as pretty every single person in the gym does it everyday, So in between my sets of pretty much everything I'm doing some light shadow boxing keep my heart rate up a little bit, but nothing crazy.
After my workout I had to put a couple people through some conditioning drills and I did the first couple rotations with them, long story short a little over 2 hours for the workout everything went smooth. I don't really know how to gage a amino acid product on effects in a single day but given the profile and the taste I'd also give it

Saturday il be boxing with some weights as a after thought and I'll use the lemonade flavor madness and il pick another product from the samples. I believe I have 5 samples so I'll have to check back with what the options are when I get up in the morning.
