Im wondering what dose & how much someone would need for a mild tan? Skin type 4....... thanks

Guy. Pretty sure skin type 4. But works evening, therefore lack of sun exposure and considering this option. Generally tan quite easily under the sun.

I ran .5 mg day and got great results after 4-5 weeks, was so dark that people were commenting.

You can dose higher and there are logs that dose at 1mg day.

I found sides too much at that, random boners, moles, headaches, etc

You still need to tan, probably in a booth or a few hours in the sun. But it helps a lot

I don't mind random boners but I dont want more moles etc.

Maybe .5mg is a good start! I'll try hit the sunbed at least once a week!

I'd do the bed 2x a week. You'll see results well after a month and then can cut back to like .5mg x2 week

how does it effect color on tattoos.

i heard purples get skewed.

i have a ton of red on my tats, a lot of black.

and one japanese traditional of blue orange red yellow green etc
