Look into a gda supplement also. I am not sure if it is a good idea if ypu are insulin resistant tbh.
It is not a bulker like testosterone obviously, but it does seem to lean me out, and helps me preserve muscle while away from the gym.
Keeps me full if i eat enougu carbs but not bloated. In fact, i am pretty dry after initial bloat went away (which wasnt bad at all).
The only bad things are lethargy and it gave me gyno flate up.
It will lower ypur libido but it does that through increasing prolacting, it does not mess with your hpta.
