Hello everyone
Im new to the board and this is my first post. Current stats" AGE 25 Height 6'0'' weight 218 body fat 13%
I am jsut finishing up a bulk and put on some good mass. I was curious has anyone used MCT oil in a cut? I have researched this topic but i get conflicting information. Any replys would be a great help!
