Making the most of bed rest, kick start metabolism on low calorie s

So, I'm currently quareintined to my room while recovering from covid, I'm not too bad now but have been on a fairly calorie restricted diet.

I'm thinking about how to maximize fat loss while I am on calorie restriction, what are good ways too boost the metabolism? I'm upping my water bottle massively, seeing if I can manage the occasional body weight workout, Eben if it's 10 or 20 reps.

Also using visualisation in the unlikely case it helps, and planning a workout routine once out.

Would a one off big calorie intake help restart metabolism?

Pretty poor shape now, 79kg maybe 18%, trying to find a silver lining and recomp to a lower % than my lazy 40yo butt was :)

Looking to get out and get back to lifting and running
