making nolvadex solution

Anyone know what to dissolve nolvadex powder into to make an oral solution? Thanks.

Most everyone uses Everclear. Here is some info: nolvadex: Tamoxifen citrate has a molecular weight of 563.62, the pKa' is 8.85, the equilibrium solubility in water at 37°C is 0.5 mg/ml.

BTW, I looked at all of bellx1's posts and I didn't see what you are refering to Matt. He had a thread on making liquid cialis. It would prob work for Nolva as well.
