What do you guys use to make M-1,4ADD oral solution from bulk powder? I've heard PEG 400 and olive oil. Also what strength do you make the solution (mg/ml)?

Use PEG 400. 86 the olive oil. I brewed up a batch at 40mg/ml. It stayed in solution quite well.

Thanks for the response. This is my first homebrew. I was trying to save a few bucks but it looks like PEG 400 is the way to go based on your response and my research.

Did you have to heat the PEG 400 to get 40 mg/ml or just add 4g M-1,4ADD and shake like hell?

No problem. Make sure you get your PEG400 at Invalid Link Removed. Nobody has a better deal.

Definitly requires heat. Bake at 225. for 30 minutes or so. Take it out and shake it every 10 min. Once fully dissolved, It should hold nicely. Mine did. Happy Homebrewing. :twisted:
