Limit the accumulation of fat!
I am following a diet normocaloric,
already for some time.
My body needs a shock.
I have two months in bulk,
increase only carbohydrates.
Complex carbohydrates.
That integration advise me?
I'm looking for these success factors:
-Limit fat accumulation
-increase of absorption of carbohydrates
 
Right now I'm bulking.
And I ain't just talkin'
Today my chest did the walkin'
With incline bench I was all in.
215 for 8 rest pause
Don't bother to look for that contractual clause
Cause there's no escape
It's indisputable I'm in better shape
Biceps swollen like massive grapes
The frying pan sizzles when I cook protein crepes.
And when I go to the store.
Your girl stares at my chest.
Wants to be my whore.
And she lets me explore
Parts of her body you've never seen
Because she's been dreaming since she was a teen
For a guy who can pull 315
Off that dirty gym floor
She always wants more.
