Legal test?

I did a search for "testosterone" today and came up with this link:

Apparently it contains actual testosterone and not a precursor, which leads me to ask if anyone knows how and if this would be legal to sell with no script. There is no loophole in the policy that states that if a compound is made 5% or less tesosterone that it can be legally sold, is there? I know this would not be an effective compound for use in bodybuilding, but I was just wondering about the legality.

Scam. If it is not a scam then you need a script to obtain it in the USA.

Those are homepathic strengths. Basically the real thing is placed into a set amount of water, shaken the heck out of, filtered, repeated until basically there is only water left. It is suppossed to leave the essence in the water without having the real stuff in it.

So yes it is a scam.
