I have tried both a single serve packet of the Chocolate Flavor and the Vanilla Flavor. Both mixed very well in approximately 8 oz. of water in a shaker cup. Both provided a smooth and creamy taste. I give the overall taste edge to the vanilla.
 
Strawberry is good too. Right up there with Muscle Milk and Ultra Peptide as a really good tasting, creamy shake.
