1-2mg, take before bed as it will probably make you drowsy. Some people split their dose, 1mg morning 1mg night. If 1mg doesn't have any adverse effects then do that. If you get drowsy then just do the full dose before bed.
If 1mg is enough i would have said 1mg. Most people use 2mg a day. I've used 1mg and just felt that it was not as effective as 2mg. My research supports that as well.
As for the rest of you post i have no idea what you're talking about.
Lol you serious? This is basic stuff man. The bottle tells you exactly what the dosage is. Just like any other "research chem." Looks like this: 1mg/ml 20ml (or however many ml the bottle holds)
