just got a little 1-ad and 4-ad

i just came into possession of about half a bottle of original 1-ad and half a bottle of sci fits 4-ad, now ive never done ph or ps before but ive researched them and i know how they're run traditionally but... i just started a mass fx/jungle warfare cycle, and since i dont have enough to run an effective traditonal cycle i was wondering if it would be ok to low dose the 1-ad and 4-ad (200mg for three weeks of 1-ad and 300mg of 4-ad for three weeks)for about a month along with this cycle to kind of kick start it, then follow up with a couple bottles of endotest pro and hyperdrol x2?

btw im 22 5'11 190
 
i understand they're low and short... its all i have though and i got it for free.. just tryin to get the most out of em
