I'm 29 6'-4" 215lbs. I work out 4 to 6 times a week. I want to be 230-250lbs. I'm a very healthy eater health wise and calories. I am very Interested in the next level of supplements (injections), but the fact is I don't know enough on what to use how long, how much, what to stack it with and what pct to use. Please help.
