My routine is push,pull,legs!
Monday-legs(squat)405 1rpmax at weight of 220 pounds
Wend-chest,tri,shoulders,(bench)195 1rp max
Friday-back-biceps(Trap-bar deadlifts)500 1rp max
I hit a home push workout 8 sets of dips 6-8 reps dumbellraises 6-8 reps of 5 and 4 sets of 15-25 triceps overhead 8 sets of 8,and shoulder press 5-6 sets of 6-8, on wensday can I do it again today or is it overtraining? Will it slow my recovery down?

Most folks do better pressing/pushing at least twice a week. Once isn’t optimal for most, although it can work obviously.

Typical John meadows program
Push
Pull
Legs
Push pump
Pull pump
Legs pump
Rest

Or you can do the pump work first and then the heavy stuff later in the week

Vice versa
