Is my Neurostim rotten?

I bought it a few months ago and only used it a few times. I opened it today and there is some large dark yellow clumps in it (moisture got in I assume). I don't think it smells any different, but it's hard to tell because neurostim smells so weird to begin with. The expiration is Sept '06.

Should I toss it or use it up?
