Is more grams per dosage better?

I was just getting ready to buy some T-1 Pro. I compared it with other transdermals and it had the highest amount of 1-test, so I guess this is what caught my eye. T-1 Final has 2 compared to T-1 Pro had 10. Does how much you get per serving make that much of a difference?
