Yes, 200+. Maybe 300-400 if you can tolerate it.

I was looking into Epi Smash and it contains 30mg per serving. So 3-4 servings to get adequate amounts of epi would be 90-120mg of Hexadrone, is that amount useless?

It's not useless but it won't be a huge improvement over epi, maybe 2-3 additional lb lbm.

i run my epi high @ 90, don't think the hex will be significant tho.. probably a few pounds as mentioned
