Interesting Gyno Situation

Hello All,

My apologies for 'another' gyno thread, but I have been receiving such contradictory information I would like to start a new topic regarding my situation.

I have never been on a cycle before, but a few years ago noticed my nipples were quite puffy. I wasn't really into bodybuilding at the time (but still lifting) so Ithought nothing of it and chalked it up to weird genetics. As I have gotten more into the sport, and become more critical of myself, I became suspicious of possible gynecomastia. I completed a nice cut to see if it was just excess bodyfat, but that seemed to actually make it worse. I can actually feel a lot of hard, grainy tissue around my nipples that is definitely not fat.

I finally saw my doctor about it, and he confirmed that I have excess breast tissue, and after some testing it is possible to have it cut out. My question is, with having the breast tissue there for so long (possibly up to 3 years) do you think raloxifene or nolvadex would have a decent chance at reducing the breast tissue? Or is the only way surgery.

There is a study that shows nolva can reverse pubertal gyno with 6 months of use at 20mg. I would go over this with the doctor and get there opinion first.

I have an appointment at a Breast Care Center on the 16th and will mention it/bring it along. Hopefully they have someone there with some experience in the matter.
 
letro could definitely shrink it prob about 80% chance it will but not get rid of it i don't think theres a drug to completely get rid of it but there is to shrink it, u can shrink it to wheres its not noticeable than avoid surgery and be out gym 6 weeks. just mo
 
Yea I would really like to at least try a couple of drug protocols before going under the knife. Although I have heard some horror stories about running letro solo in regards to mood and libido.

I don't think nolva will do anything. If anything might work its letro
 
You can try drugs but if you've had it for years you're probably not going to get it to go away. I'd run ralox and letro and see what happens.

Any reason? Again, this is all quite new to me. Have you seen/heard a lot of reports of nolva not working but letro having some success?

Also, remember this is a case of post pubertal gyno that has been around for years (not just recent post-cycle) so I feel I'm in a bit of a unique situation.
 
If anything will get rid of it, it's gunna be Letro & Ralox like stated above, bottom line.

Otherwise go under the knife.
 
letro is stronger than nolvadex, but letro completely kills your estrogen more than nolva but nolva wont kill your libido either. its a hit or miss situation with you. risk to rid the boobs or risk to rid the libido, lol.

Letro and nolva are 2 completely different things. Nolva stops estrogen from binding to receptors in the chest and letro is an AI which stops the conversion of test into estro. Letro is much harsher than nolva but will work more quickly but I don't have any experience with letro. Nolva is less harsh but will take longer to work.
 
i still think he should letro if he really wants to try and shrink it. but if its from puberty at one time he mustve had unstable hormone levels. so it can go either way he either had high t wich converted or low t with high E
