Injecting ATP

I noticed TLR has ATP in a sterile oil. Wondered anything about this. Though maybe a quick pin before the gym in the muscles your working that day may make you feel like superman. Anyone have any experience with it.

I remember reading that only a sprinter would benefit from injecting ATP. Once the sprint is done, the ATP is already used up.
