Inj YK11 protocol

Getting things together for next cycle, and will be giving injectable YK11 a try.

Cycle will look like:
250 test/wk for 12 weeks
20mg oral rad140/day
12mg YK11 inj (starting dosage, may increase) for as long as I can, depending on sides
Also have some oral mk677 will likely use

I already had the oral RAD and MK on hand, from plans for a different cycle. I have taken the rad before and responded well. MK is from same source. Considering using the MK with cjc1295/dac, seems like the combo would be synergistic. Not sure beginning or end of cycle would be better to use the MK.

Anyways, I’ve never used YK and am curious to everyone’s thoughts of the protocol, should I be pinning IM, sub-q? does it need to be bilateral if IM? I’ve seen that the half life is short, many people are advising splitting it into two pins/day. Is it Necessary? Is there a better time, pre or post WO? Daily, or workout days only? I’ve searched quite a bit but there seems to be limited info on injectable version, with regards to timing and protocol. For me a single pin post WO would be most convenient, but not sure if that would be less efficient. Not sure how the follistatin raising effects correlate to effects on training and recovery. Thanks for any info!!
 
You can pin it any way you want it's basically just a super fast acting injectable. The last time I used it, I measured out 140 total mg of yk and I combined it in a vial with my test (and I think I was using EQ or masteron also) but I would just combine all of my weekly doses into one vial and then I just divided everything by 7.
 
Thank you for the info and reply. I think for now I’ll shoot for just a post workout subq pin, before my meal in hopes that the mechanism of action will assist with growth during daily recovery. My workouts are generally afternoon/evening. Hoping that only pinning on workout days may keep sides minimal, mostly concerned with any joint issues that seems to be common. If everything goes smoothly I may add in some off day pins as well.

I usually run it at 15mg twice a day....it has a very short half life. I get strong fast on it, and I swear I look visibly bigger within days of starting it
 
Its a little pricey to run, but ive run it for 6 to 8 weeks

If you were only going to take it a few times per week, I would take it like 2hrs pre-workout intramuscular and then eat my pre-workout meal, hit the gym and then the drug is in your system from your pre-workout meal past your post workout meal. Even if theoretically the drug is in a very low concentration at that point it's already done what it's supposed to do during your workout the gene transcription is there for enhanced protein synthesis, muscle growth and recovery
