im using it right now. wish it didn't have the magnesium in it. makes me fart.
anyway, you'll need atleast 3 bottles, dosed @ 300mg e/d.
im stacking it with furaguno. so dont think im much help. but it seems okay. I dont think anyone will ever run 300mg of this brand d/t it having 100mg of magnesiem per serving (along with potas. and b6) so if you ran it at 6 caps per day, that'd be 600mg of magnesium, and only 300mg of fura. CUTTER FOR REAL, CAUSE OF ALL THE SH*TING YOU'LL BE DOING. LOL
