My dad had a buddy that hit the progressive jackpot for a couple million, when the guy came over they said the machine misfired and he didn't get any money and just a lifetime high roller card. This happened at Foxwoods Casino. Apparently all they have to do is say a machine misfired and you cannot claim any prize
