i received a free bottle of IGH-1 from buying formadrol extreme. I am curious because this bottle only came with 60 capsules not 100 so at the minimum recommended dosage i would run out in 15 days. Would it be more beneficial to run 2 per day for 30 days or 4 per day for 15 days? thanks

You could always do 5on/2off to make it last a little longer. IMO I'd go with 4/night for 5on/2off. That way you get 3 weeks out of it, a happy medium

Thats up to you. I'd do Mon-Fri dosing for convenience. Unless your a weekend warrior.
