im 18 yrs old lost about 60lbs over 1 yr but cant lose the fat around chest. dnt know if its gyno or just stubborn fat.
 
If your 60 lbs. over weight your guaranteed to have some man boobs. Lose the weight, and the boobs will follow. :) I've been there man.
