For someone that got gyno in the past that is now only fixable with surgery, would running a dht based pro-hormone then proper pct and AI eliminate it?
I have heard plenty of anecdotal reports of guys shrinking it a bit, at least temporarily, running their E2 into the ground. But you said it - gotta get that gland cut out. That is the only way to get rid if it.
