So it's close to a 40/40/20 split....

I'm trying to cut while maintain my mass I am a endomorph and weigh right now 189lbs at 15%bf. Looking to cut to 10-12%

Goal by next summer is 190lbs at 10-12%....

looks good to me, i would just scrap some of the rice for more veggies/fruit and sweet potatoes

So what you think I should have with dinner instead of rice? I usually make my food Sunday night for all week... So the little rice bowls work great...

Maybe another apple or a orange? This may sound dumb but are sweet potatoe fries any good I could cook em and put em in a container but I doubt there good cuz there processed.... Hmm ideas? Any ideas? Less carbs would be ok as a endo I suck with carbs.

no, processed sweet potato fries are worthless... dont eat that crap, its bad for you..

you can cook your own tho, theyre pretty good in coconut oil

a full sweet potato a day along with some veggies or fruit, is plenty of carbs for the day...

maybe try NOT eating carbs with dinner, and trying to put them pre/post workout (ie. half sweet potato before, half after)

i also just noticed you have no eggs.... eat as many eggs as you can... theyre great (if theyre organic)

Personally I think i'd go witha 40/30/30 split if you are trying to cut. Especially with being an endomorph.

i dont think the split matters at much as food choices

Log it, keep track and if you're not losing cut back on some stuff.
Or add more cardio, I don't do any cardio but some ppl like to do it.
Keep the food choices as organic and natural as you can. I'd cut out any grains you can. Stick to sweet potatoes as swoll said. and find out what foods "trigger" any cravings or impulses to cheat and eliminate them best you can.

You should be good :D

Will do next week I'll cut the rice and add in sweet potatoes... What's the best way to cook em? And quickly as I have two jobs and have a hour to run back home cook and clean and eat...
