how to make protein smoothies?

How's it going guys? I was just wondering if you guys can share some of your ingredients on how to make a great prtein smoothie, im open to any ideas that you guys have tried :thumbsup:
 
2 cups skim milk, 1 cup oats, and 1-2 cups whey protein w/2 handfulls of ice. Great for pwo. Add some mpi, or casein in there for a non pwo shake.
 
2 scoops protein powder (~44g protein)
1/2 cup skim milk or 1/2 cup fruit nectar or 1 cup rasberry sherbert
1 banana
1 plum or 1/2 cup oats
7 strawberries
7 ice cubes

No idea on total P, C or F content but it tastes great !!!
